Easy Navigate Through Unbench Platform and Add Your Request
Welcome to the Unbench platform, where finding the right developers for your projects is streamlined and efficient. In this guide, Alyona Honcharenko, Head of Platform, will walk you through the simple steps to navigate our platform and seamlessly add your project request. Let's get started!
Step 1: Sign Up/Log In
"Create an account" or log in to your existing Unbench account;
Step 2: Start Adding Request
The "Add request" option is available in the Requests section of the platform;
Step 3: Specify Request Details
Follow the next instructions:
- Request name: Specify the request name. We recommend you indicate the position for which a specialist is being sought or outline the project’s required resources. For example, Senior React.js Developer or Transfer project — MVP (React, Node).
- Country: Client's country.
- Type: Select the request type:
Default — outstaff requests for which you are ready to work under a subcontract / white label.
Transfer — requests that you are ready to transfer to partners for a percentage or extra charge per hour of their specialist's work. - Direction: indicate in which direction you are looking for a specialist(s);
- Technologies: indicate the technologies that are mandatory for a specialist;
- Workload: indicate the expected workload for the specialist(s).
*when choosing a part-time or ad-hoc workload, we recommend that you specify the exact number of hours in the request body; - Request Manager: indicate the manager of your company responsible for the request, who will be the main point of contact for all parties that suggest their resources;
- Position Level: Specify the level of the specialist;
- Rate (min) — (max): for a candidate, you have to provide at least one desired rate — whether minimum or maximum.
Step 4: Provide Detailed Information About Your Request
Follow the next instructions:
- Team structure: describe the current team set-up or the desired one;
- Technology: list the main technologies the specialist would need to work with
Fill in the General Details of Your Request
Follow the next instructions:
- Interview process: outline the stages needed to be passed by the candidates to be considered for the position/project;
- Project Description: provide some insights on the project, its values, difficulties, etc.
Step 5: Finalizing Request
Review the information and click "Add." The request will be published, and you will have your first CVs in 1-2 hours.
